Solarez Flex Formula is a fly tying UV resin that dries to a durable and flexible finish when exposed to UV light. Great for tying flies, reinforcing knots, and is also great for wader repair when out fly fishing. This high quality UV resin allows fly tiers unlimited work time without having to worry about glues or head cements drying up while tying flies. Specially formulated to dry without tackiness and won't yellow or brittle over time. Available in your choice of 3 sizes!

How To Use: Apply Solarez to fly while indoors or shaded from the sun. Use applicator, bodkin, or rotating vise to form into the ideal shape. Expose to sunlight or use a UV light to cure. In direct sun (or when using UV Light) hardening should take approximately 15 to 30 seconds.

This is a great product. I constantly use it on flies and knots. It also worked great for some repairs on my waders. Can't go wrong with this on the shelf!

Great UV Resin For Coating Knots!

It’s a pleasure to use Solarez products as they do exactly what they are supposed to with no tackyness at all. This makes tying flies a breeze. The Flex formula is fantastic for coating knots & is particularly great for Fly line to Leader knots. It smoothes these connections out beautifully.
