The wings and bodies of Mayflies such as March Browns, Blue Winged Olives, or the fabled Morning Dun can easily be matched with the use of these fibers.  They are perfect for making fine, thin-profile bodies on even the smallest size 24 hook. Get creative and blend two or more colors to match the hatch on your local waters. EP Trigger Point Int'l Fibers are marker-friendly and have been treated with Water Shed, a permanent waterproofing liquid, which will keep them floating high on the water column where the fish are feeding. EP Trigger Point Int'l Fibers

Used it to tie some size 30 bunny midges (minus the bunny). Pretty easy to work with and am looking forward to using them during the trico hatch. Nice on the bionic ant as well.

Great Product for Mayflies!

These EP Trigger Point fibers look really good and are easy to manipulate while tying. I won’t get to fish the flies until this summer, which will be the real test. The article by John Fedorka I am following (Fly Fisherman Feb-Mar 2020, Vol 51, Num 2, page 52) in using them quotes six Delaware River guides who use them, so we shall see how well they work for me in Yellowstone!
