Awesome streamer hooks

I love these Gamakatsu SL45 hooks in a size 4 for small-to-medium-sized streamers including leech patterns and wooly buggers. They have the right straight shank length for such freshwater flies, a good bend and gap, a straight eye big enough for 0x and 1x tippet but not too big for 6x, they're strong and sharp, the bend is not offset to either side (so they stay straight in the fly box), and they're a flat black, avoiding any glint so the fish stays focused on what's tied onto them. Whenever I want to tie up a freshwater streamer and look through what hooks I have, I seem to settle on these as the perfect hook. Buying more now!
