The PEAK Riser will work with a PEAK Pedestal Base or C-Clamp. The Brass Riser provides a 1-3/4 inch additional height rise for the vise head. If you use a pedestal base, leaving the riser attached to your vise and disassembling it from the base will leave you with a flat base for easier transportation..

Great product!

Straight forward product, but the craftsmanship is impeccable. My Peak rotary vise (pedestal base) was just a bit low for comfort and this solved the problem. It allows for some adjustability so you can dial it in precisely to the height you want.
