A must-have at the fly bench

I saw a ton of fly tyers on Instagram with these pads, so I wanted to see what all the rage was about. Needless to say, I can see why they're so popular. They keep things in place at the fly bench. From hooks, beads, and I even have one under my vise to keep it from slipping around. If you've not given one a try, you're missing out!
