Hareline's Brass Coneheads are high quality fly tying cones with a beautiful finish. Brass coneheads are ideal for when a cone is preferred over a standard round bead on your wooly buggers and other streamer patterns. They have a slower sink rate than tungsten, allowing your flies to drift in the strike zone longer when fish are feeding up higher. They also put off a greater amount of flash than standard beads, making them a great choice for weighting streamlined wooly buggers, muddler minnows, and other streamer patterns. Available in 4 sizes and 8 fish-attracting colors, Harelines Brass Coneheads are a mainstay at our fly tying bench and we can't recommend them enough! 24 coneheads per pack.

  • X-Small - 5/32" (for hook sizes 4, 6, 8)
  • Small - 3/16" (for hook sizes 2, 4)
  • Medium - 7/32" (for hook sizes 1, 2, 4)

Fantastic Product!

I tie lead-free, so these brass coneheads are the solution to weighting my streamers. The lead free cone head wooly bugger is numero uno for me, with the slumpbuster in close pursuit. These cones are well made with smooth edges - no burrs. Fly Artist ships super fast!

BRASS CONEHEADS

These coneheads are very nice. The inside is large enough to tie in some weight or material to keep it securely towards the hook eye. The finish on these are great as well and hold up to the abuse of fishing rocky rivers. Perfect for your conehead wooly buggers and other trout streamer patterns.
